Returns
- Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Manufacturing defects are handled under the brand warranty; we assist with the claim.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or to your Entry Wallet within 7–10 working days.
- For help with a return, raise a request from the Member Panel or contact the Grievance Officer.
