These terms govern registration as a member of STAR ENTERPRISES ("the Company") and the purchase of products. By registering you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and resident in India. One person may hold more than one Member ID linked to the same mobile number; each ID is a separate account.
2. Registration
Registration is free. An account is activated when a product is purchased. Members are never required to buy more than their own genuine needs.
3. Products and orders
Product descriptions, prices and stock are shown in the Member Panel. Orders are delivered to the address given; delivery status is shown in My Orders.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Member conduct
Members must describe products honestly, must not make any income claims and must not pressure anyone to buy or join. A breach may lead to suspension.
6. Accounts
Keep your password and Transaction PIN confidential. Profile and bank changes are recorded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable consumer protection rules.
